Turnkey or Kit Package:
- We can perform any and all aspects of your construction needs. With a Turnkey Package, we will help you design your building, coach you with the permitting process, and work closely with your architect or engineers to ensure your building is built the exact way that you envision it. If you do not previously have an architect or engineer, we can point you towards qualified and trustworthy companies what we personally use.
- With a Kit, we will deliver the building to anywhere in the United States and you can take it from that point.
How is T&E different?
- We perform very efficient concrete work. Ted Wheeler designed a signature way of installing concrete that is precise with engineered foundation design drawing's bolt pattern and can save a lot of time and money.
- We pride ourselfs in Going Green: 97% of our structural steel is recycled, and 60% of our customers have decided to put hydronic radiant heat in their concrete slabs, saving a great amount of energy cost in the long run.
